Michael Gilbert

Michael Gilbert is the broker at Gilco Realty and has been in commercial real estate since graduating in 2007 from the University of Miami (Go CANES). Michael resides in Long Island with his family and has grown the company from a single broker to a successful team of 10.
He is also proud girl dad and fan of the Yankees, Giants, Rangers, and Knicks. In his free time, he is on the Board of Trustees at Temple Beth Shalom of Roslyn where his family has been members for 6+ years. Michael is a believer that Family is one of the most important things in life, to that end the family travels as much as possible including taking their young children to places such as Paris, California, St Kitts, and many other wonderful locations where they’ve made incredible memories

Epifanio Vargas

Epifanio Vargas specializes in investment sales brokerage with a wealth of experience working with the public, including the time he spent in the airlines industry. Epifanio now handles a variety of real estate properties, specializing in industrial, retail, and multi-family properties. Epifanio enjoys interacting with interested customers and finding their ideal space. Epifanio’s dedication and passion for sales landed him the role of training new agents as the Lead Leasing Agents. Vargas navigated the COVID19 crisis seamlessly as he was able to gain new tenants for landlords who were losing tenants and businesses. He successfully brought these buildings to full capacity while simultaneously adhering to CDC safety standards. This, along with his many other accomplishments with Gilco Realty, has made him an invaluable asset to Gilco and its clients.

Moustapha Diagne

Moustapha is a seasoned real estate professional from Senegal with over 10 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service. He is well-versed in various languages, including French and Wolof! In his downtime, Moustapha enjoys visiting the cinema as he is an avid moviegoer and enjoys communicating and interacting with others.

Juan Velez

Juan Velez is a seasoned professional with over nine years of experience in customer service, sales, and real estate. Born in Puerto Rico, Juan moved to New York City at the age of eight and began his career in Corporate America in 1999 at Chase Manhattan Bank. Through his exceptional talent, dedication, and determination, he quickly rose through the ranks, obtaining a supervisory position across multiple locations within a year.
During his tenure at Chase, Juan honed his customer service and problem-solving skills, allowing him to grow and prosper. In 2008, he joined Tiffany & Co., where he further developed his business and sales acumen. The skills and tools he acquired in Corporate America enabled him to excel in residential and commercial real estate, leading him to join the PantigaGroup, Inc. in 2015.
In October 2022, Juan pursued a new path in commercial real estate, partnering with the Gilco Group, a firm specializing in commercial real estate. This move allowed him to strengthen his knowledge and expertise in the field.

Pierre Jordan

Pierre is a proud Bronx Native who grew up in a small business household where he learned to love the dynamics of small business and entrepreneurship. Graduating with business management along with completing trade school for automotive, he soon opened his first business and still operates here in his hometown. Pierre's passion for business startups and business expansions steered him into commercial real estate, where he helps customers reach their next level in operations.
